Yemeni Fater_1 Missiles Intercept Saudi, Emirati Warplanes East of Sana’a

Air Defenses intercepted Saturday the formation of a combat component consisting of Saudi and Emirati warplanes with a number of Fater_1 missiles, in the sky of Nihm, east of Sana’a, Armed Forces Spokesman said.

He added that “Air defenses forced the warplanes to leave the airspace before carrying out any hostile missions in Nihm.

Air Defenses of the Yemeni Army and Popular Committees shot down a Tornado aircraft while carrying out hostilities in the sky of Al-Jawf Governorate, Armed Forces spokesman, Brigadier Yahya Sare’e said in a brief statement, on Friday, February 14.

The spokesman of the Yemeni armed forces confirmed that “Yemen’s Sky is no longer oppressed and approaching Yemen airspace is prohibited and won’t be a picnic place for anyone”.
