Al-Houthi calls on judges to stop writing real estate documents
The member of the Supreme Political Council, Muhammad Ali Al-Houthi, called on all judges to hand over their records and stop writing real estate documents in accordance with the law and the circular issued by the Ministry of Justice.
Al-Houthi indicated that writing the real estate documents will be the task of the secretaries who will be approved by the ministry after the completion of the process of verifying the validity of their records, indicating that the judges will be able to invite the trustees who are authorized in the area of competence to write the papers if necessary.
He pointed out that the special committee that was formed in the Ministry of Justice to receive evidence-based complaints against secretaries continues to function until the end of the week.
Al-Houthi also revealed that the countries of US-Saudi aggression are working to attract some dismissed judges by communicating with them through a former Minister of Endowments who stands with the American-Saudi-Emirati aggression and its allies.
