A statement issued by the Foundation’s branch, the United Nations and the international community carried the consequences of silence over the continued aggression in detaining fuel vessels and the disastrous effects on vital sectors.
The statement called on the international community, the United Nations, and human rights bodies and organizations to take a firm stance towards the crimes that the Yemeni people are exposed to and work to lift the siege on oil derivatives urgently to avoid an imminent humanitarian disaster.
The statement pointed out that Hajjah province is one of the provinces most affected by the detention of oil derivatives ships due to the large number of displaced persons and the spread of skin diseases in the Thama areas.
