Gas Company: The aggression seize 22,266 metric tons of domestic gas

The Yemeni Gas Company confirmed that the the US-Saudi aggression forces are still holding the ships of oil and gas derivatives despite being granted entry permits by the United Nations.

The company stated in a statement that they were loaded with 22,266 metric tons of domestic gas.

The statement considered the arbitrary practices of the aggression coalition a free piracy against oil ships and gas derivatives, which doubles the suffering of the Yemenis.

The statement indicated that the continued detention constitutes an obstacle for the Yemeni Gas Company in the performance of its tasks to provide domestic gas to citizens.

He pointed out that withholding these quantities causes the necessary domestic gas crisis, especially with the increase in consumption and the need for it, especially during the holy month.

The statement called on the international community and the United Nations to carry out its humanitarian duty to stop the aggression, lift the blockade, and launch ships of oil and gas derivatives in a way that alleviates the suffering of the people of Yemen.
