Ministry of Guidance Condemns Murder of Imam By Saudi-mercenaries in Taiz

Ministry of Guidance condemned the targeting of imams of mosques in Taiz city, which is under Saudi-mercenaries’ control.

The ministry indicated in a statement that one of the aggression’s mercenaries killed the imam of Al-Rahma Mosque, Al-Hajj Mahyoub Shamsan with a treacherous stab with a knife while doing the dawn prayer call to prayer.

The statement clarified that this crime is added to the previous crimes of aggression and its mercenaries by killing dozens of imams and preachers in the occupied governorates, which aim to terrorize society.

The statement pointed out that the direct aggression of warplanes has targeted more than 1060 mosques in various governorates, most of them historic.

The Ministry of Guidance also condemned the silence of Islamic societies and bodies, calling on human rights and international organizations, concerned with such crimes against human beings and their religious heritage, to take serious action to criminalize the forces of the aggression and hold them accountable.
