Minister of Health: Hundreds of children have died due to the UNs’ repudiation of its role

The Minister of Public Health and Population, Dr. Taha Al-Mutawakel, confirmed that there are many cases of children in the Republican Hospital Authority in Saada who are deformed as a result of the aggression.

This came during his visit, on Monday, to the Republican Hospital, accompanied by the governor of the governorate, Mohammed Jaber Awad, and the director of the health office in the governorate, Yahya Shayem.

During the inspection visit, Al-Mutawakel told Al-Masirah that: There are children who do not find the necessary treatment and equipment in Saada, and international organizations prevent the arrival of these devices, which leads to their death.

The Minister of Health stressed that the deaths of hundreds of children are due to the United Nations’ repudiation of its role and the failure to provide a single device to save their lives.

He announced the opening of the Yemeni fellowship course for all internal specialties, general surgery, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedics, brain and neurology.
