Deputy FM reveals the false allegations of regarding the network of naval mines
Quoted from the official Saba News Agency that the Deputy Foreign Minister Hussein al-Ezzi denied on Tuesday the allegations of the so-called joint forces in the west coast regarding the discovery of a network of naval mines around Hanish Islands belonging to the army and popular committees.
In a statement, the Deputy Foreign Minister said, “The so-called Joint Forces Command announced on June 9 that it had discovered a network of naval mines around Hanish islands, and falsely claimed that it was affiliated with our forces, describing this lie as a great achievement and that it had done unprecedented maritime navigation a favor.”
Al-Ezzi added, “After checking and examining the photos they had showed, it was found that it was not a mine network, but rather a special buoy for weather monitoring belonging to the French SHOM Foundation.”
The Deputy Foreign Minister stressed that those who call themselves the joint forces are a group of failed and corrupt mercenaries whose statements cannot be relied upon, as they are known to all the Yemeni people with lies, falsity, and empty claims, panting after some cheap crumbs.
He pointed out that the image that these mercenaries are trying to present about the army and popular committees is not ours at all.
The Deputy Foreign Minister reminded everyone that the aggression and its mercenaries have committed by siege, impounding licensed ships, acts of piracy, harming the Yemeni people, and depriving them of fuel, food, and medicine, which gives the army and popular committees every right to turn the Red Sea into hell.
“But we did not do that because we respect the interests of the people, and therefore all the favor of the safety of maritime navigation – so far – is due only to Sana’a…,” al-Ezzi said, stressing “this is what all the peoples and governments of the world should realize.”
