Mohammed al-Houthi chairs a meeting to discuss the protection of endowment properties

A consultative meeting was held, on Sunday, for the leadership of the Supreme Judicial Council and the General Authority for Endowments, headed by a member of the Supreme Political Council, Mohammed Ali al-Houthi, and many officials.

In the meeting, the senior political member-reviewed several issues related to the conditions of lands and real estate endowments and their protection from attacks and robberies.

Al-Houthi pointed to the importance of the courts’ role in preserving endowment funds through the speedy settlement of cases before the courts and prosecutions or during implementation.

For his part, the President of the Supreme Judicial Council stressed the need to preserve endowment funds, as they are everyone’s responsibility, pointing out that the judiciary pays great attention to endowment issues as urgent issues.

Meanwhile, the President of the General Authority for Endowments touched on the Authority’s activity and its efforts to inventory and document the legitimate endowment funds, to ensure access to a public database of endowment funds.
