Sana’a receives 14 released prisoners of the Yemeni army
The Mayor of Sanaa province, Hamood Obad and the first agent Kahled al-Madani received on Tuesday 14 released prisoners of the Yemeni army.
During the reception, they praised the steadfastness and sacrifices of the prisoners.
Obad pointed out that the types of torture practiced by the coalition against prisoners are rejected by all international and humanitarian laws, religions, and norms.
He also indicated that receiving and honoring the prisoners is the least duty that can be done in gratitude for the sacrifices and heroism of the army’s and popular committees heroes.
The prisoners expressed their thanks to the revolutionary leadership, the Supreme Political Council and the National Committee for Prisoners’ Affairs for the interest in following up on the prisoners’ file, confirming that the period of captivity only increased their strength and hardness in the face of aggression.
