Yemeni President Affirms Yemen’s Openness To Equal Relations that Respect Sovereignty ,Independence, except the Zionist Enemy

His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, the Chairman of the Supreme Political Council, met today, Monday, the Ambassador Abdul-Ilah Muhammad Hajar,the Advisor to the President of the Political Council for Diplomatic Affairs.

During the meeting, they discussed the determinants of the Yemeni Republic’s foreign policies in the future.

During the meeting, the President Al-Mashat said, “As a state and government, we affirm our openness to equal relations that respect the sovereignty and independence of the country and not to interfere in its affairs with everyone except for the Zionist entity.”

The meeting touched on the imbalances and abuses committed by traitors in Yemen’s missions abroad, which negatively affected Yemen’s image and gave a false image of it, and ways to correct it in the future.

The meeting also touched on aspects related to preparing for the post-aggression phase for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to assume its duties fully and effectively in a manner that serves the faith identity of the Yemeni people.

During the meeting, the President Al-Mashat affirmed that the Republic of Yemen stands by the central issues of the Islamic nation and its collective interests, foremost of which is the Palestinian cause.

He pointed out that Yemen deals positively and effectively with the United Nations, and believes that the United Nations must respect the sovereignty of states and protect international peace and security.
