The Armed Forces Reveal the Outcome of Seven Years of Steadfastness in the Face of Aggression
Quting from almasirah, the Armed Forces spokesman said that the operations carried out during the battle to confront the US-Saudi aggression exceeded 13,208 military operations, including 6,681 defensive and retaliatory operations and 6,527 countering and thwarting offensive attempts by the US-Saudi aggression.
In a press conference to review the harvest of the Armed Forces’ operations during seven years of steadfastness in the face of US-Saudi aggression, the spokesman stressed that the Rocketry Force is one of the most prominent units of the Armed Forces, which are the forces that underwent an integrated construction process during the period of US-Saudi aggression and siege.
“It directed painful blows to the enemy and inflicted heavy losses on it,” he said.
Brigadier Saree explained that this force relied on the accumulation of experience in the military institution, as well as benefiting from experiences in development. “The Rocketry Force now depends 100 percent on Yemeni expertise,” he confirmed.
He said, “During the battle for freedom and independence that continues to this day, the Rocketry Force carried out 1,826 military operations, including 1,237 operations targeting the enemy’s gatherings, mobilizations, military camps and headquarters inside Yemen, and 589 operations targeting the Saudi-Emirati depths.”
Drones, Air Force:
Brigadier-General Sare’e indicated that, in addition to the Rocktery Force, the Air Force and drones carried out 11,562 operations, including 953 targeting Saudi-Emirati depths. The number of reconnaissance operations reached 8,433, and reconnaissance operations constituted an intelligence importance in the military battle.
He added that the Air Force has, during the last year, expanded the circle of reconnaissance operations to include all the territories of the Saudi and Emirati enemies, in addition to the territorial waters of Yemen in the Arab and Red seas, as well as the Gulf of Aden and Bab al-Mandab, and it will soon reach what is beyond that.
Air Defense:
The spokesman of the Armed Forces stated that the total number of Air Defense operations amounted to 4,221 operations, which varied between confronting and forcing departure, as well as interception and shooting down.
The Air Defense units carried out 1,971 shooting down and injuring operations, and 2,250 repelling and interception operations.
“158 combat reconnaissance warplanes, 13 warplanes, 10 Apaches, six helicopters, including the Black Hawk, 34 US Air Force drones, and 95 spy reconnaissance drones were downed,” Sare’e said.
Naval and Coastal Defense Forces :
Brigadier-General Saree stated that during the seven years, the naval and coastal defense forces carried out 35 qualitative operations, most recently the seizing of the Emirati military cargo ship “Rawabi” after Entering Yemeni waters.
Ground units of the armed forces
The Armed Forces spokesman revealed the total operations carried out by the ground units (military engineering – snipers – shields – artillery), amounted to 211 thousand and 136 operations
The military engineering unit has carried out 52,175 operations, 22,854 of them are targeting US-Saudi forces and mercenaries gatherings.
The Anti-Armored Unit carried out 7,412 operations, 2,689 of them targeted the enemy’s fortifications, gatherings and barracks and 4723 other operations targeted armored vehicles.
The Artillery Unit carried out 85,634 operations, including 1150 joint operations with drones.
The sniper unit carried out 65,915 operations since its activation; it has succeeded in sniping 941 Saudi officers and soldiers.
Brigadier-General Sare’e affirmed that the Yemeni armed forces with its legitimate right to defend Yemen confronted the US-Saudi aggression and its attempts to occupy and interfere in its internal affairs.
He pointed out that the people of Yemen will continue to defend their land, sovereignty, and independence. “These people can only live free and independent, ” he said.
He added, “The US-Saudi aggression should expect more qualitative military operations that may include sensitive targets within a new target bank that includes the capitals of the Saudi-UAE countries and their most prominent vital facilities.”
