President Al-Mashat: Continued detention of fuel ships by coalition puts truce on line
President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi al-Mashat, affirmed that the continued detention of oil derivatives ships by Saudi-led coalition puts the truce on the line.
This came during his discussion with the Executive Director of the Yemeni Petroleum Company, Ammar Al-Adra’i, the issues related to the coalition’s commitment to the armistice requirements and the entry of oil derivatives ships.
President Al-Mashat condemned the practices of the US-backed Saudi-led coalition countries in seizing fuel ships in light of the declared truce, despite the inspection of the ships and obtaining entry permits from the United Nations.
He stressed that the coalition countries must abide by the provisions of the armistice and implement all its provisions.
