Military, political and security leaders send important messages to the coalition of aggression
Salaries to be disbursed as a condition for extending truce
“If the aggression wants peace, the negotiating delegation has provided enough and more, as well as the leader of the blessed revolution, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi, and if they want war, we are the people of it, and fully prepared and ready for it, and these military batches that are graduating today are for war preparation,” the official spokesman for the armed forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree confirmed in a statement made during the military parade held by the Central Military District.
The military spokesman’s statement coincides with the end of the armistice period and the United Nations’ efforts to renew it.
Prime Minister Dr. Abdul Aziz bin Habtoor stressed that providing salaries that have been suspended for seven years and opening Sanaa airport to more than one travel destination is the entrance to the success of any agreement on a future truce, and said that the Political Council and the government will not accept any truce if it is not linked to tangible achievement.
The Prime Minister said we agreed to the truce within the framework of the gradual lifting of the siege, and if the truce was not linked to achieving the direct interests of the citizens, we have no need for it.
In addition, the Minister of Interior, Major General Abdul Karim al-Houthi, affirmed that the security forces along with the armed forces are fully prepared to implement the leadership’s directives, peace or war, pointing out that Yemen proceeds to the armistice from the Quranic principle of delinquency to peace, and is betting on Allah, and on the decisions of the leader of the revolution, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and not on the enemies’ fulfillment of their obligations.
Interior Minister Major General Abdul Karim al-Houthi said in a statement, “The coalition of aggression did not fulfill its commitments in accordance with the terms of the last truce, with the exception of a relative implementation of the terms of flights and fuel ships.”
The official spokesman for the Salvation Government, Minister of Information, Daif Allah Al-Shami, stressed that paying the salaries of all state employees that have been looted and controlled by the coalition of aggression since the transfer of the Central Bank of Yemen to Aden is one of the most important priorities of the leadership to accept the extension of the truce.
Mohammed Ali Al-Houthi, a member of the Supreme Political Council, said during his speech at the military ceremony in the central region, that the aggression must stop the war on the Yemeni people and lift the siege, otherwise, everyone on the fronts and camps is ready to confront the aggression and defeat it.
