The Ministry of Foreign Affairs: The meetings of international forums do not reflect the reality of what was caused by the aggression and the siege on Yemen

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed that meetings and statements in international forums do not reflect the reality of what was caused by the aggression and siege on Yemen for nearly eight years, and are working to legitimize what the countries of the US-Saudi aggression are doing.

In its response to the joint statement issued by the US State Department on September 22 following the meeting of the group referred to as (P5+4), which included the five permanent members of the Security Council with the participation of Netherlands, Oman, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs explained that this statement came as a review of the reality of the relevant eventsb with the recent armistice, in addition to the issue of Safer tanker.

It pointed out that the statement did not address the reality experienced by the Yemeni people with the continuation of the multi-sided aggression and the comprehensive siege imposed on Yemen for eight years in light of international silence and complicity.
