A thousand patients threatened with stopping the supply of life-saving medicines as a result of the aggression and the siege

Today, Saturday, the Drug Supply Program held a press conference in the capital, Sana’a, to shed light on the effects of the blockade on the life-saving drug sector, stressing that the continuation of the US-Saudi aggression and the blockade threatens to stop the program’s work and supply more than 170,000 vulnerable patients.
A statement issued by the program during the conference stressed that the continuation of the aggression and siege threatens to stop the work of the program and supply more than 170,000 patients from vulnerable groups with life-saving medicines.
Itbdemanded the opening of Sana’a airport and the port of Hodeidah for the access of medicines without restrictions and to allow the entry of medical aid without conditions or detention, calling on international and UN organizations to provide life-saving medicines, medicines for kidney transplants and immunological medicines and to cooperate effectively with the program.
