A mass wedding for 430 grooms and brides from the governorates of Al-Bayda and Abyan

430 grooms and brides, including the sons of the martyrs, the wounded, the liberated captives, the orphans, the needy, and the grandchildren of Bilal, in the governorates of Al-Bayda and Abyan, celebrated their wedding today as part of the third mass wedding organized by the office of the General Authority for Zakat in the governorate.
In the celebration, the governor of Al-Bayda, Abdullah Idris, blessed the newlyweds for their wedding. He considered the third collective wedding a fidelity to the people of loyalty and a fruit of zakat.
He praised the initiative of Zakat Authority in organizing the third collective wedding, immunizing young people, and embodying the values of compassion and social solidarity. He noted the role of the Authority’s office in the governorate in implementing humanitarian projects and paying zakat to those who deserve it, especially in light of the difficult conditions the country is going through.
