8,116 children killed , injured since the start of the US-Saudi aggression

Entesaf Organization for Women and Child Rights revealed today, Saturday, the number of dead and wounded children since the start of the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression on the country on March 26, 2015.

In a statement, the organization confirmed the death and wounding of 8,116 children, including 3,860 dead and 4,256 wounded since the beginning of the aggression.

The organization indicated that about 6000 civilians have been disabled as a result of armed hostilities since the start of the aggression, including approximately five thousand and 559 children, stressing that at least two million and 400 thousand children are still out of school out of an estimated 10.6 million school-age children.

It explained that the blockade led to an increase in malnutrition rates, as more than 2.3 million malnourished children under the age of five were registered, stressing that 632,000 children in Yemen suffer from severe acute malnutrition that threatens their lives during the current year.
