Speech festival in Damascus commemorating Yemeni steadfastness Day

The Palestinian-Yemeni Brotherhood Association, in cooperation with Al-Quds International Foundation and the Popular Committee for Supporting Palestine today, in the Syrian capital, Damascus, organized a speech festival on the occasion of the National Day for the steadfastness of the Yemeni people in the face of the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression.
At the festival, which was attended by the Minister of Fisheries, Muhammad Muhammad al-Zubairi, the Ambassador of the Republic of Yemen to Syria, Abdullah Ali Sabri, affirmed that the Yemeni people wrote epics of struggle, steadfastness, and confrontation during the eight years of aggression, which made them move from the stage of strategic patience to the stage of strategic choices, leading to deterrence operations and breaking the siege. , passing through the operations of Al-Bunyan Al-Marsous and Nasr Min Allah, and to Fatah Qarib.
He appreciated the solidarity of the Palestinian people with Yemen, and blessed the step of publicizing the Palestinian-Yemeni Brotherhood Association, which launched its activities with this national event.
Ambassador Sabri praised the steps of Arab rapprochement with Syria, which took an upward turn since the announcement of the Saudi-Iranian understanding under Chinese auspices, pointing out that the truce in Yemen, which was a year ago, was reached due to the development of the missile capabilities of the Yemeni army, and Yemen was able to strike the enemy in the Saudi depth and the Emirati.
In turn, the head of the Palestinian-Yemeni Brotherhood Association, Khaled Abdul Majeed, confirmed that the association’s publicity stems from the historical roots and brotherhood ties between the Palestinian and Yemeni peoples.
He referred to the endeavor to strengthen cohesion between the revolutions of the two peoples and common issues on the basis of national , inclusive goals, principles and starting points, in addition to highlighting the role and principled Yemeni positions towards the rights of the Palestinian people.
For his part, the Director General of Al-Quds International Foundation, Dr. Khalaf Al-Muftah, pointed out the need to educate the Arab and Islamic masses about the conspiracies being hatched in the region in order to understand things as they really are before it is too late, and thus the correct confrontation with them.
He expressed his wishes for the Brotherhood to succeed in achieving its goals to confront the plans and the American-Zionist project in the region.
In the speech of the Palestinian resistance factions, the Secretary-General of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine – General Command, Dr. Talal Naji, spoke about the principled Yemeni positions , support for the Palestinian cause, the steadfastness of the Palestinian people and their resistance against the usurper Zionist enemy to restore and liberate the land and the return of rights.
For his part, the head of the Palestinian People’s Support Committee, Dr. Saber Falhout, pointed out the importance of the issue of Arab brotherhood and its embodiment in reality in defending the just causes of the Arab nation, foremost of which is the Palestinian cause.
The speech festival, which was attended by a number of members of the Yemeni diplomatic mission, leaders of the Palestinian resistance factions, legal personalities from the Syrian national parties, and a crowd of Yemeni and Palestinian expatriates, included the screening of a documentary film entitled “Palestine in the Heart of Yemen”.
