S. Nasrallah Warns ‘Israel’ Against Any Folly, Delivers Transnational Address on Ashura
His eminence then lashed out at Danish authorities for desecrating the holy Quran after similar acts of Sacrilege were carried out in Sweden.
“Sweden and Denmark have to know that desecration of our holy Quran and sanctities are intolerable. Insistence to desecrate Quran in Denmark is an aggression on Islam.”
In this context, Sayyed Nasrallah urged the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to take firm stance regarding this issue in is upcoming meeting next week.
“We are waiting for a firm stance by OIC, or else then this body is considered unqualified to defend our religion.”
The Lebanese resistance leader stressed, meanwhile, that Muslim youths “are fully ready to act responsibly and defend Islam and their holy book.”
In this context, Sayyed Nasrallah warned the Zionist entity that similar acts of sacrilege at Al-Aqsa Mosque will have repercussions that won’t be in favor of the occupation regime.
Palestine, Yemen, and Syria
Sayyed Nasrallah reiterated Hezbollah’s unwavering support to Palestine and Palestinian people.
“On Ashura, we reaffirm that Palestine is the absolute right of this Ummah, while ‘Israel’ is the evident wrong. It is a duty to defend the oppressed people of Palestine. We in Hezbollah, stress that we stand by Palestine by all means, as we consider that our battle is one and our future is one.”
His eminence hailed Yemeni people over steadfastness, calling for lifting the blockade imposed on the Arab impoverished country.
“Yemeni people are still suffering from the blockade and the repercussions of the aggression,” Sayyed Nasrallah said, stressing that “the unofficial truce in Yemen is not enough.”
“It’s the right of the Yemeni people to return to normal life.”
Tackling latest developments in Syria, Sayyed Nasrallah reiterated that Hezbollah stands by Syrian people against the unjust US sanctions.
“Following the political and military failures, the US goes ahead with its blockade on Syria through the so-called Caesar Act.”
Lebanon and Reoccupation of Al-Ghajar
The Hezbollah leader emphasized, meanwhile, that Lebanon is being attacked by the Israeli enemy which he said is “impudently” talking about provocations by Hezbollah at the border with occupied Palestine.
“Israel is still occupying our territory and it recently reoccupied a part of Al-Ghajar while impudently is talking about provocations at the border.”
Sayyed Nasrallah declared a clear stance regarding the Israeli violations at the border with Lebanon. His eminence warned the Israeli enemy against committing any folly.
“(Israeli PM Benjamin) Netanyahu will meet his generals soon regarding Lebanon. I warn them: Be careful, the resistance in Lebanon will neither play at nor abandon its responsibilities. All options are on table and we are fully ready to confront any folly committed by the Israeli occupation.”
On the Lebanese local affairs, Sayyed Nasrallah said: “It’s clear that most powers in Lebanon await the French envoy, and we consider this visit a chance for serious dialogue that could pave the way for potential settlement regarding the presidential elections.”
In this context, Sayyed Nasrallah underlined importance of holding ministerial and parliamentary sessions in a way that doesn’t contradict with the Constitution in a bid to meet the needs of the Lebanese citizens during the power vacuum in the country.
Homosexuality and Confronting Tyrants
His eminence reiterated the stance against homosexuality, stressing on calling it “sexual anomaly” and warning that such phenomenon “threatens our society.”
“We call on Lebanese Ministry of Education to play its role and be part in preserving our children, family and society for this is a battle of honorable and normal humans,” Sayyed Nasrallah said, referring books circulated in Lebanon that propagate for homosexuality.
“We want to defend our people and our country. We reject surrender and humiliation, and when Zionists make us choose between humiliation and swords, humiliation is far from us.”
The Hezbollah S.G. concluded his speech by saying: “We pledge allegiance for the path of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), his grandson Imam Hussein (AS) and his grandson Imam Mahdi (AS). We hold their teachings as we promise to confront all tyrants.”
