1,417 Martyrs and 6,268 injured as a result of the ongoing Zionist aggression on Gaza Strip

Today, Thursday, October 12, 2023, the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that the number of martyrs since the first day of the aggression on Gaza had risen to 1,417 martyrs and 6,268 wounded, while figures reported by the United Nations indicate the destruction of more than 1,000 housing units and the displacement of about 350,000 civilians to shelter centers.
It added that the number of martyrs among children reached 447 martyrs and 248 martyrs of women, and it also confirmed the fall of 10 martyrs among personnel working in the health sector as a result of the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza strip.
Press sources reported that these mass massacres committed by the occupation left behind large numbers of martyrs, and the morgues are no longer able to accommodate them, in addition to the increasing numbers of wounded who fill hospital corridors after the beds were filled and all operating and care rooms were occupied, which threatens the health system with collapse and failure.
The ability to continue its services at any moment, especially when the electricity stops, according to the statement.
The Israeli enemy continues to launch its raids on Gaza Strip, for the sixth day in a row, with a rising toll of martyrs and wounded, the destruction of residential units, the targeting of inhabited homes over the heads of their residents, and the displacement of thousands from their homes to shelter centers.
