Hezbollah’s Secretary-General: Israeli Vulnerability Exposed and Will Never Be Restored
Hezbollah’s Secretary-General, Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah, confirmed that the battle of Al-Aqsa flood has shaken and destabilized the foundations of the Israeli occupation and struck its arrogance. He pointed out that the enemy’s government will not be able to repair the effects of the earthquakes that the entity has been subjected to.
Sayyid Nasrallah’s position came in his speech on Wednesday, during the public celebration under the title “Al-Quds Platform”, which is held by the International Committee to Revive Al-Quds Day in the Messages Hall in Al-Ghobeiry Municipality.
Sayyid Nasrallah thanked all the honorable participants “in various places and in various capitals in the activities of this annual meeting, and we thank them for their contribution, participation, attendance, and their responsibility as well in this difficult time towards the most important, largest, and most dangerous issue in our contemporary history at the very least.”
He clarified that “Al-Quds Day this year comes very different from Al-Quds Days in previous years, thanks to the blessings of Al-Aqsa flood, and one of its results that happened on October 7th of last year and the repercussions, results, and subsequent events that are still ongoing.”
Nasrallah considered that “one of the results of Al-Aqsa flood was the launch of the flood of the free, as the dear ones adopted this slogan for this year’s International Al-Quds Day, and it is a correct slogan, and what is happening today in Palestine, the region, and the world is a flood in every sense of the word, and we hope that this flood will grow and increase.”
He said that “we must also stand in reverence, respect, and appreciation for what the resistance in Gaza has done with all its factions and formations, and also offer reverence and appreciation for its creativity, initiatives, courage, boldness, and also for its success and achievement, then after what happened in October for its steadfastness, resilience, and legendary fighting in front of one of the strongest armies in the region at all.”
He emphasized that it is necessary to “also stand in reverence, appreciation, and reverence for the steadfastness of the people of Gaza and its people, for its women, men, and children, for its elders and young people, and for their steadfastness, patience, endurance, and sincerity while they face random killing over six months of massacres, displacement, and starvation, and they have made with this patience and this steadfastness an epic historical saga that is rare.”
Sayyid Nasrallah expressed respect and appreciation “for the sacrifices of the people of the West Bank and occupied Al-Quds, especially in the West Bank, where there are more than 7000 detainees who are subjected to arrest, killing, prisons, and raids, and there are battles taking place in the cities of the West Bank every day and every night.”
He stressed that “we must also stop in appreciation and respect at the direct fighting support fronts in Lebanon, Yemen, and Iraq, these fronts that bear today and offer sacrifices and achieve, but they also bear threats and pressures and the most important thing is that they continue to work and do not abandon the field.”
Sayyid Nasrallah also thanked “the support and embrace fronts in the Islamic Republic of Iran, which are subjected to many threats and pressures, and we see this in public and in private, and bear the responsibilities of what the resistance does, whether in Gaza or in the West Bank or in Lebanon or in Yemen or in Iraq, and yet the Islamic Republic, thank Allah, is steadfast in its leadership and in its supportive, clear, and decisive position, alongside the Palestinian cause and resistance movements in the region.”
In this regard, he pointed out that “Syria is not only subjected to threat and pressure, but to daily or almost daily aggression and bombing and killing and destruction and offers martyrs and wounded, whether from officers and soldiers of the Syrian army or friendly and allied forces present there, including members and Mujahideen of the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon and Iranian advisers brothers, and other brothers are also present there.”
The Secretary-General of Hezbollah affirmed that “all this bombing, threat, intimidation, and pressure over six months did not alter and did not change the position of Syria, the incubator, and supporter of all resistance movements in our region.”
He also considered that “we must stop in front of the movement of the noble masses in many countries of the world, even inside America and Britain and the West, and this must be built upon and presented, and we must specifically greet here the people of Yemen, who attend by the millions and have not tired of demonstrating and gathering.”
Sayyid Nasrallah warned that “it is almost six months and the war is ongoing and continuing, the Israeli enemy neither listen to a cease-fire decisions issued by the International Security Council, nor to appeals from all countries of the world or the overwhelming majority of countries of the world and does not care about laws and no international community and no values, and it is going on in its crime and brutality.”
In this context, Hezbollah’s Secretary-General emphasized the need for steadfastness, as is the case, but certainly steadfastness, resilience, and continued work, and certainty that victory from Allah Almighty is coming, Allah willing. This matter is related to Gaza primarily and all other supporting and participating arenas and fronts secondly.
He stressed the importance of working to provide all elements of power that enable the battle of Al-Aqsa flood to achieve its goals. This is our responsibility, all of us, and it is a point of high importance. He believes it is one of the important challenges directly related to the revival of Al-Quds Day, and the revival of this event, and showing the important strategic results achieved by Al-Aqsa flood in Palestine, in Gaza, and in the fronts of resistance, especially what is related to the strategic losses of the Zionist entity and the American project in the region, and the future existence of this entity in the region.
He announced that “some of the discourged people in our region and in our Arab and Islamic world and some of the hypocrites focus on the size of the sacrifices and ignore the size of the achievements, or they ridicule them in service of the enemy and to discourage the determination of the Mujahideen, and all the peoples and environments that embrace and believe in the option of resistance.”
Sayyid Nasrallah confirmed that “all the platforms and media that support this resistant path must explain and clarify this matter with all available methods, otherwise they strive and work to turn the image of the historical achievements of the resistance today, into an image of defeat for the resistance and victory for the enemy through falsification, distortion, and reversal of facts.”
He considered that “for Al-Aqsa flood and the flood of the free, there are great sacrifices, but there are also great results and great blessings and our responsibility today, all of us, first of all, is to discover these results and these great achievements, especially the strategic ones and to define them and enumerate them, and then show them to people with all means and on all occasions.”
Nasrallah said that “we have to explain this work on Al-Quds Day and on various occasions, but allow me to point out that the liberation of southern Lebanon in 2000, except for the farms and Kfar Shuba hills, and then, the liberation of the Gaza Strip from the occupation, ended major projects, and the elimination of the Greater Israel project from the Nile to the Euphrates, because this entity that cannot stay in southern Lebanon, which is part of a weak Arab state called Lebanon, as it cannot stay in the Gaza Strip and it will not be able to extend its borders again, and the Greater Israel project has ended.”
Hezbollah’s Secretary-General pointed out that “and after 2000 and after the Great Israel project, the Greater Israel project was born, and this new Middle East that the Americans worked on to be the fulcrum in it is the Zionist entity, and it is the great regional power.”
Sayyid Nasrallah noted that “the July war ended and dropped the New Middle East project, and dropped with it the Greater Israel project, and we all looked at the results of the Winograd Committee that evaluated the Israeli army, the Israeli government, the Israeli leadership, and the Zionist entity in that war.”
He announced that “when we talk today about Al-Aqsa flood in October and its extensions to now and what happened inside Palestine and outside Palestine in supporting fronts, I mean in these ongoing battles, I can say that the work goes beyond the Great Israel project, and the Greater Israel project to the origin of the existence of this entity and I can say that Al-Aqsa flood put the Zionist entity on the brink of the abyss and the final fall and disappearance, and the features and landmarks of this matter will appear over time, and we do not say that this matter will happen in a few days or a few months, but the next few years will show these landmarks and these effects and these features.”
Nasrallah noted that “what Al-Aqsa flood achieved primarily on more than one level of security, political, social, economic, military, psychological, and moral, it shook the foundations of this entity and the foundations of this project and hit the edges of Israel and its arrogance, which will leave catastrophic, important, and dangerous effects, and the enemy’s government and the political parties in this entity will not be able to repair the effects of these earthquakes and shocks that this entity has been subjected to.”
He said that “and when the war stops, these results will clearly appear to the whole world, but the important thing is that we work to get out of this battle, Allah willing, victorious, steadfast, towering, and successful, and to inflict defeat on the enemy and all who stand behind this enemy, and to build on what happened to reach the final goal, Allah willing.”
He concluded his speech by affirming that “Al-Aqsa flood was built on all the achievements of the resistance during the past decades and on all the efforts made by the resistance movements, resistance leaders, and the axis of resistance, especially the great martyrs, and the dear ones in this resistance from all countries and at the forefront of them is the dear brother, the great leader martyr Hajj Qasim Soleimani. What has been achieved at the strategic level must be built upon and established to complete this achievement towards the final goal, and we ask Allah Almighty that the coming days of Al-Quds, are the ones that will gather us all in Al-Quds, Allah willing.”
