The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Observatory said on Tuesday: The Israeli enemy army is employing new and disturbing methods aimed at practicing psychological intimidation and luring civilians to snip them in  Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip, as part of the crime of genocide that has been ongoing since the seventh of last October.

It added, in a statement, that it documented testimonies from residents of Nuseirat camp, in which they reported hearing repeated sounds of crying infants and women screaming late on Sunday and Monday nights, before some of them went out searching for the source of the sound to provide assistance, only to be sniped at, and it later became clear that what they heard were voices recorded broadcast by Israeli “quadcopter” marches, to push them out of their homes into the streets and lure them to target them directly with snipers and shooting.

The Observatory for Human Rights indicated that the testimonies indicated that this method also included broadcasting the sounds of gunfire, armed clashes, and the sound of explosions, as well as the movement of military vehicles, and at other times broadcasting songs in Hebrew and Arabic, for the purpose of psychological intimidation among civilians who live in complete darkness at night and the difficulty of communications and communication with the outside world.

A young man from the camp (20 years old), who asked to remain anonymous, told the Euro-Mediterranean team, “We were sitting at night, and we heard the voices of girls and women screaming phrases like, ‘Come, help me, I am injured.’ We went out to see what was happening. We did not find any women, but a plane.”

The Quadcopter shot directly at us. I fled inside and two people in front of me were seriously injured directly in the head. We could not help them because of the continued shooting, so we called an ambulance and he came to transport them. “There are many residents who hear these voices and respond to them with the intention of helping.”

A woman in her sixties also reported that she heard the sounds of heavy gunfire, followed by the voices of women screaming that their children were injured and asking residents for help. She added: “This sound continued for about 10-15 minutes, but none of us left the house because I knew that these were recordings broadcast by planes, and because it was very late.”
