Hamas: What was revealed about the brutal torture of Gaza detainees is a small part of the occupation’s atrocities against them

Hamas movement confirmed that what was revealed by the American CNN report, yesterday, Friday, May 10, 2024, about the incidents of torture and brutality that the criminal Zionist enemy’s “army” deals with Palestinian detainees from the Gaza Strip, whom it holds in detention centers.

A secret detention process that is not subject to any oversight, and in which the most horrific forms of torture and sadism are committed that humanity cannot comprehend, is only a small part of the atrocities committed against these detainees.

The movement explained in a press statement, today, Saturday, May 11, 2024, that this investigation, in addition to the horrific testimonies narrated by those who were recently released from those secret detention centers, which are more like human slaughterhouses that go beyond the crimes and atrocities of the Nazis, requires international human rights organizations to document these crimes and raise voice loudly to expose these inhumane practices.

It added: “Committing such atrocities is not merely a failure of the international community, with all its institutions, or a disgrace to humanity. Rather, it goes beyond threatening international peace by allowing these murderers and fascists to escape punishment.”

Hamas concluded: “Our right to hold this rogue entity accountable will not lapse by statute of limitations, nor will these atrocities be erased from the memory of peoples and generations, and the day will come when these criminals will be held accountable for what they committed against our people and against humanity.”
