The Chinese Automobile Manufacturers Association announced a significant decline in car exports to the Israeli enemy entity during the recent period, coinciding with the cessation of activity in the Israeli port of “Eilat”, which is the only maritime outlet for “Israel” on the Red Sea.

The association explained that car exports from China to “Israel” have witnessed a noticeable decline during the past few months, after the cessation of shipping traffic in the port of “Eilat” due to Yemeni attacks on cargo ships heading to the ports of occupied Palestine.

According to the association, China’s automobile exports to countries around the world increased by 20% during the past five months, while its exports to Israel decreased significantly.

For its part, the Hebrew economic newspaper “Calcalist” confirmed that the cessation of the activity of the port of “Eilat” had greatly affected the volume of Chinese exports to “Israel”, which led to a shortage of some goods in the Israeli market, and an increase in their prices.

It is noteworthy that the port of “Eilat” is one of the most important Israeli ports, as it is used to import and export various goods, including cars.

This port is also Israel’s maritime gateway to the Red Sea, which makes it of great strategic importance to its economy.
