400+ Killed and Injured in Horrific Khan Yunis Massacre by the Israeli Enemy
The aggressive Israeli occupation forces committed a new massacre against displaced individuals and civilians in a refugee camp in the Muwasi area of Khan Yunis, located in the southern Gaza Strip. The attack targeted civil defense teams and resulted in over 100 killed and 300 injured civilians.
According to Palestinian medical sources, more than 100 people were killed and dozens injured in the zionist airstrike that hit a large gathering of displaced individuals in Muwasi Khan Yunis. This information was reported by the Palestinian news agency “Sanad.”
The Israeli crime involved three airstrikes by warplanes on the Muwasi area, Khan Yunis. The Government Media Office in Gaza stated that government and relief teams are still retrieving the bodies of the dead and rescuing the injured from the site of the bombing.
The statement from the Government Media Office highlighted the severe impact of the massacre, noting that hospitals in Gaza are unable to accommodate the large number of casualties due to the destruction of the healthcare system by Israeli aggressors. The killings occurred in the context of other horrific crimes in the Tel Al-Hawa neighborhood, and various neighborhoods and refugee camps in Gaza City, which have collectively resulted in over 100 civilians killed, rapidly increasing the death toll.
The Government Media Office strongly condemned the Israeli occupation for this massacre and the ongoing atrocities against civilians. They also criticized the U.S. administration for aligning with Israel in the ongoing genocide in Gaza. The office called on the international community, the United Nations, various international organizations, and all free countries of the world to pressure Israel and the U.S. administration to halt the genocide and stop the ongoing bloodshed in Gaza.
In this context, Yemen’s Supreme Political Council condemned the massacre committed by Israeli forces against the displaced in Muwasi Khan Yunis, which resulted in over 350 deaths and injuries. The council described this as a continuation of the Israeli entity’s genocide against the Palestinian people over the past nine months.
The Supreme Political Council’s statement emphasized that this crime demonstrates the U.S.’s determination to continue the genocide against the Palestinian people, dismissing claims of seeking a ceasefire agreement as a mere pretext to allow Israel to commit more crimes. The council also condemned the complicity of some Arab regimes with the Israeli enemy, criticizing their media for serving the Israeli agenda and covering up the massacres against women and children in Gaza, which was deemed a betrayal of the Arab and Islamic nations.
The Supreme Political Council reiterated Yemen’s unwavering support for the oppressed Palestinian people through all available means and vowed to escalate their efforts. They called on Arab and Islamic countries and the free people of the world to take serious action to support the Palestinian people and stop the Israeli genocide.
The council also urged a boycott of American and Israeli goods as a form of resistance and protest.
