The death toll by the Zionist aggression on Lebanon rises to 2,653 martyrs

The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced, on Saturday evening, that the death toll from the ongoing “Israeli” aggression on the country has risen

The ministry said in a press statement: “The number of martyrs has reached 2,653 martyrs and 12,360 wounded since the start of the Israeli aggression on the country.”

It added: “Since yesterday, Friday, the ministry has recorded 19 martyrs and 108 wounded as a result of the Israeli aggression,” indicating that 10 martyrs and 56 wounded as a result of the Israeli aggression on the south

“And 7 martyrs and 46 wounded as a result of the Israeli aggression on Nabatieh and 2 martyrs and 6 wounded as a result of the Israeli aggression on the Bekaa yesterday, Friday,” according to the ministry’s statement.

Since October 8, 2023, the Israeli enemy army has been waging a war on southern Lebanon, causing dozens of martyrs and injuries, in addition to massive destruction in residential areas near the border, in addition to carrying out a series of assassinations against Lebanese leaders, most notably the assassination of Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah in the capital Beirut.
