50 Martyrs killed in Israeli enemy bombing of house in Beit Lahia, Gaza

Dozens of citizens were martyred in a raid carried out by Israeli warplanes this morning, Sunday, on a house in Beit Lahia, north of the Gaza Strip.

Medical sources reported that at least 50 citizens were martyred, including children and women, and dozens of injuries, including serious ones, in an Israeli bombing of a 5-story house in the Beit Lahia Project market, north of the Gaza Strip, and there are still a number of missing people under the rubble.

The spokesman for the Civil Defense in Gaza, Major Mahmoud Basal, said that they received appeals from residents of a house bombed by the enemy in Beit Lahia, adding: “But we cannot move.”

Major Basal pointed out that the building destroyed by the enemy in Beit Lahia project housed about 70 Palestinians, adding: “We received reports of the presence of at least 40 bodies in the targeted building in Beit Lahia.”

For the 44th day, the aggression on the northern Gaza Strip continues, leaving more than 2,000 martyrs and 6,000 wounded, coinciding with the prevention of civil defense from working there for the 26th day.

The enemy forces continue their aggression on the Gaza Strip, by land, sea and air, since October 7, 2023, which resulted in the martyrdom of 43,799 citizens, the majority of whom are women and children, and the injury of 103,601 others, in an incomplete toll, as thousands of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and rescue crews cannot reach them.
