The death toll bg the Zionist aggression on Gaza rises to 45,541 martyrs

The Ministry of Health in Gaza confirmed, today, Monday, that the death toll by the Israeli aggression has risen to 45,541 martyrs and 108,338 injuries since October 7, 2023.

This came during the daily statistical report on the number of martyrs and wounded as a result of the ongoing Israeli aggression for the 451st day on the Gaza Strip.

The Ministry of Health said in a statement: “The Israeli enemy committed 3 massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, of which 27 martyrs and 149 injuries arrived at hospitals during the past 24 hours.”

It indicated that “a number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and civil defense crews cannot reach them.”
