A Zionist military investigation revealed a major failure in the performance of the “Iron Dome” system during the Operation of Al-Aqsa Flood on October 7, 2023.

According to the media of the Zionist enemy, today, Monday, the investigation said that the system was unable to intercept more than half of the rockets launched from the Gaza Strip.

According to the Zionist Channel 12, the report stated that the documents reviewed by the military censorship show that the failure is due to technical malfunctions, a shortage of ammunition, and a decline in the effectiveness of the intelligence warning, which led to an unprecedented breach of the Zionist defenses.

The Zionist investigations stated that 3,700 rockets were launched from the Gaza Strip towards the “Gaza Envelope” in the first four hours of the operation, including 1,400 rockets launched in the first twenty minutes.

The investigations added that over time, the ammunition of the other Iron Dome batteries ran out, which caused half of the rockets fired towards populated areas to not be intercepted, and to fall in populated neighborhoods in the “Gaza Envelope.”
