To the tune of songs of loyalty to the covenant and preservation of the line of resistance, the coffins of the two Secretary-Generals of Hezbollah, the martyrs Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and Hashem Safieddine, toured the Camille Chamoun Sports City in Beirut, which was packed with millions of people who began arriving since the early morning hours of Sunday.

The mourners in the Sports City bid farewell to the martyrs Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and Hashem Safieddine for the last time, during the tour around the car carrying the coffins around it.

The funeral ceremony began at 1:00 PM, with a number of events related to the event taking place, including a group reading of the Holy Quran, followed by a group reading of the Holy Quran by “Ayat” band, and the reading of the national anthem and the Hezbollah anthem by the central band of the Imam Mahdi Scouts.

The group funeral ceremony will be accompanied by a security alert by the army and security forces, amidst official and Lebanese party attendance and wide international participation.
