The Enemy Escalates Its Aggression Against Palestinians While the “Gaza Summit” Fades Into Irrelevance

The Israeli enemy has escalated its relentless aggression against the Palestinian people, reverting to the same brutal tactics it employed at the outset of its war on Gaza. For fifteen consecutive months, these methods have defined its assault, now openly violating the terms of the ceasefire agreement. Beyond merely hinting at resuming military operations, the Zionist entity continues to blockade food and prevent the entry of humanitarian aid into the devastated Gaza. This deliberate use of starvation as a weapon of war has become increasingly blatant, with the enemy officially announcing on March 2nd a complete freeze on aid deliveries. On Sunday, Netanyahu further declared the closure of Gaza’s border crossings, blocking all aid shipments until the Palestinian resistance hands over all Zionist captives without conditions. This has pushed Gaza’s already battered population into an unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe — a stain on the conscience of humanity.

South Africa’s Foreign Ministry condemned the Israeli entity’s use of starvation as a weapon, describing it as an act of genocide against the Palestinian people. In its statement, South Africa affirmed that the people of Gaza face unimaginable suffering, urgently requiring food, shelter, and medical supplies.

UNICEF also warned that preventing the delivery of humanitarian relief — including vaccines and ventilators — would have catastrophic consequences for Gaza’s children. Newborns, UNICEF cautioned, face particularly severe risks if medical supplies are blocked from entering.

The World Food Programme (WFP) sounded its alarm, confirming that its food stocks in Gaza are dangerously low. Current supplies are only sufficient to keep Gaza’s bakeries and community kitchens operational for less than two weeks. WFP may soon be forced to reduce the size of food rations to stretch supplies across a larger amount of people. Fuel required to power the bakeries and transport food will also run out within weeks.

The Exposed Zionist Maneuver

The Israeli enemy’s arrogance has grown even bolder following its failure to impose its demand that the resistance surrender all remaining captives without a prisoner exchange. The enemy had sought to extend the first phase of the ceasefire deal to continue releasing prisoners in a piecemeal fashion — a transparent maneuver of deception. The United States, far from being an innocent observer, appears complicit in this scheme, given that it serves Trump’s vision to depopulate Gaza, occupy the Strip, and erase the Palestinian cause entirely.

This brazenness is all the more glaring because the United States itself serves as the guarantor of the ceasefire agreement, while simultaneously being a direct party to the aggression. This is no hidden fact — Trump himself has repeatedly stated this agenda in plain terms.

The Israeli deception reflects outright contempt for the Arab world, treating all Arab authorities — including those who normalized ties with their entity — with blatant disregard. This leaves supportive nations justified in maintaining their principled stance in defense of the oppressed Palestinian people, grounded in religious and moral obligations. When the cost of their complicity finally reaches these regimes, only then will they realize the depth of their betrayal.

Misjudged Positions at the Gaza Summit

The “Gaza Summit” may have produced a unified Arab rejection of forced displacement and declared support for Gaza’s reconstruction, but its outcome was weak, hesitant, and far below expectations. The summit reduced the crisis to opposing displacement, without adopting binding decisions to prevent it. Meanwhile, the Israeli enemy’s lethal policies against Palestinians persist unchallenged by any strong Arab response matching the scale of the threat.

The summit’s limited vision paints a bleak future for Gaza, one where the Strip falls under external guardianship and is stripped of its resistance. At the same time, the Israeli enemy openly threatens to resume its war, laying the groundwork for such escalation by closing crossings and starving Gaza’s population in full view of the world.

The Arab summit miscalculated badly. Even its supposed rejection of Trump’s plan to occupy Gaza amounted to nothing more than a toothless statement — devoid of clear pressure tactics, firm language, or confident warnings to Washington to end its bullying and exploitation of the region.

On the blockade and starvation, the summit’s call to allow aid into Gaza was ignored by Netanyahu, who saw nothing in the statement that compelled him to comply. Instead, he pressed ahead with his campaign of terror against Palestinians, openly preventing aid deliveries.

Hamas: The Occupation’s Terrorism Reinforces the Urgent Need for Action

Hamas spokesman Hazem Qassem stressed that this terrorist behavior by the occupation further underscores the necessity of immediately implementing the key decisions made at the Arab summit — particularly the entry of aid and the breaking of Gaza’s siege — to block the Zionist plan to forcibly displace Gaza’s population.

Abu Ubaida: What the Enemy Failed to Take by Force, It Will Not Gain Through Threats

Abu Ubaida, the military spokesman for Al-Qassam Brigades, declared that what the Zionist enemy failed to achieve through war, it will never secure through threats or deceit.

In a televised address on Thursday evening, Abu Ubaida stressed that the only viable path is for the enemy to abide by the agreements it signed. He warned that Israeli threats to resume the war would lead only to further humiliation for the occupation and would not secure the release of its captives.

“We are fully prepared for all scenarios,” Abu Ubaida declared, stressing that any escalation will result in the deaths of more Israeli captives.

He added that Israel’s threats to return to war will only push the resistance to deal further blows to the enemy’s image and military standing. Such threats, he said, are nothing but signs of Israeli weakness, defeat, and humiliation — clear evidence of the strength of the resistance and the resilience of the Palestinian people.

Abu Ubaida opened his address by congratulating the Muslim world on the arrival of Ramadan, the month of victories, addressing the people of Palestine and Gaza in particular.
“To two billion Muslims, we say: Your brothers in faith have sanctified their fasting by offering rivers of pure blood,” he said.
He emphasized that the Islamic Ummah will never regain its dignity or its rightful place among nations until the holy land is cleansed of the filth of occupation.

Abu Ubaida concluded with a challenge: “To the two billion Muslims, we ask: What will you do to defend your honor before the oppressor’s hand reaches into your own homes?”

Yemeni Military Surprises Still Await

Meanwhile, Yemen continues to haunt both the United States and the Zionist entity — a factor that likely contributes to the enemy’s hesitation to fully resume its aggression on Gaza. Yemen has made clear that it will not allow Palestinians to stand alone against Israeli brutality without a serious, practical military response in their defense.

Sayyid Abdulmalik al-Houthi warned that any new round of support from Yemen will be fundamentally different — enhanced by superior weaponry, greater capacity, and advanced military tactics that promise surprising results.

According to Lebanese news, sources close to the Sana’a government, expect that the second phase of operations could target American military bases across the Middle East if Washington directly joins the aggression on Gaza or the wider Axis of Resistance.

This stance shatters every justification for the Arab world’s indifference toward the unrelenting violence Palestinians endure. Today, the Zionists are actively reviving the forced displacement scheme — a core pillar of Zionist ideology, rooted in the belief that the Zionist entity cannot survive if the rightful owners of the land remain nearby.

Netanyahu himself admitted this openly, lamenting that Ben-Gurion’s “mistake” was not completing the displacement during the Nakba. Now, Netanyahu intends to correct that historical “error.”

The enemy’s moves are unmistakable, and its intentions are transparent. Meanwhile, the Arab regimes that once saw the American-Israeli vision as a threat — but still chose to neglect the Palestinian cause — are fooling themselves if they believe Washington will ultimately protect their interests. Unless they wake up and launch a serious, sincere movement in defense of Palestine, they will soon find themselves facing the consequences of their own betrayal.
