Yemeni Retaliation Silences Trump’s Rhetoric

Swift Response Strikes at the Heart of American Arrogance

The reckless American aggression against Yemen did not go unanswered. In a swift and decisive response, waves of drones and ballistic missiles were launched, targeting the U.S. aircraft carrier “USS Harry S. Truman” along with its accompanying warships. This rapid military action by the Yemeni Armed Forces shattered the illusion of American invincibility, proving once again that Yemen is no longer an open battlefield for unilateral attacks. The era of unchecked U.S. airstrikes has ended.

The Yemeni response exceeded enemy expectations, demonstrating that Yemen now possesses, by Allah’s will, the deterrent capabilities to defend itself—despite America’s wishes. No force on Earth can strip Yemen of its right to self-defense. Moreover, this swift retaliation reinforced Yemen’s unwavering commitment in supporting the Palestinian people in Gaza. Yemen’s stance remains clear: the blockade on Gaza must be lifted, and essential supplies must be allowed to enter.

This rapid action also exposed the futility of the U.S. military operation and the false claims of Trump and his forces that they had successfully targeted Yemeni military capabilities. Instead, the attack on Truman and its fleet has effectively silenced Trump’s bluster.

Yemen Warns of Escalation Amidst American Miscalculations

The Supreme Political Council of Yemen had already warned that American aggression would not deter Yemen from supporting Gaza but would instead escalate the conflict to an even more severe and painful level. It reaffirmed that Yemeni naval operations would continue until the siege on Gaza is lifted and humanitarian aid is allowed to reach the besieged population. The council also vowed to punish the aggressors professionally and decisively, indicating that Washington should brace for more surprises.

Furthermore, the Supreme Political Council absolved itself of any responsibility for the repercussions of reckless U.S.-Israeli aggression on the international community. Meanwhile, the Political Bureau of Ansarullah made it clear: “The American-British aggression on the capital, Sana’a, will not go unanswered.”

Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badruldeen al-Houthi, in his speech today, reaffirmed Yemen’s commitment to escalation in response to U.S. aggression. He declared that American ships—both military and civilian—have now been added to Yemen’s target list. He further warned that if the aggression continues, Yemen will resort to additional escalatory measures, and the Yemeni people will mobilize on all levels in a comprehensive response.

Fear, Confusion, and Panic in American Ranks

Despite launching airstrikes on several Yemeni provinces, it was clear the U.S. was not operating from a position of confidence. Washington knew that it was attacking a nation capable of retaliating forcefully. This was evident in the immediate heightened alert status at American bases in Iraq, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar, fearing Yemeni retaliation. Moreover, the U.S. military shut down the transmission and reception systems of its “MQ-4C Tritonreconnaissance drone as it took off from Al Dhafra Air Base in the UAE, en route to Yemen—an indication of the extreme caution exercised by American forces.

The state of panic was further amplified when the Israeli enemy quickly distanced itself from the U.S. aggression. Zionist media rushed to clarify that “the attack on Yemen was not an Israeli operation.” Similarly, the United Kingdom openly stated that it was not involved in the strikes, emphasizing that the operation was solely an American effort and that the British government had not even been informed beforehand.

The confusion was also evident in the indiscriminate nature of the U.S. airstrikes. While Washington sought to convince the world that it was targeting high-value military assets, the reality was far different. The strikes primarily hit civilian buildings, Bedouin settlements, and even flocks of sheep—along with piles of rocks. This chaotic execution only reinforced the perception of an American military that is increasingly desperate and ineffective.

Washington’s Lies Cannot Conceal Its Defeat

The U.S. claims that its airstrikes in Yemen are intended to “secure maritime shipping lanes” in the Red Sea. According to The New York Times, a U.S. official stated that the attacks aim to reopen shipping routes. However, the truth—clearly stated by Yemen—is that maritime traffic remains safe for all vessels except those linked to the Israeli entity. The head of Yemen’s national delegation, Mohammed Abdul Salam, reiterated that “Yemen’s declared naval blockade in support of Gaza applies only to Israeli-linked ships until humanitarian aid is allowed into Gaza.”

This exposes Washington’s reliance on deception to mask its military failures. Unable to assert control over the Red Sea, the U.S. is struggling to reclaim a strategic position it has already lost. The White House itself admitted on Saturday (March 15) that Yemen’s sophisticated naval operations have brought Red Sea and Gulf of Aden shipping to a near standstill. The U.S. and British navies have been forced to reroute their vessels, suffering significant delays and financial losses.

America’s Global Recklessness and Its Consequences

In previous rounds of confrontation, the U.S. deployed its full military might—mobilizing aircraft carriers, warships, and forming international coalitions—only to be denied access to Yemeni waters and humiliated on the battlefield. America’s militarization of the Red Sea has destabilized international trade and heightened risks for global shipping companies, many of which have explicitly blamed U.S. aggression for the disruption of maritime security.

A White House report confirmed that before Yemen’s naval operations in 2023, approximately 25,000 commercial vessels passed through the Red Sea annually. Today, that number has plummeted to just 10,000, causing a severe global supply chain crisis. The report also acknowledged that neither the U.S. nor its allies have been able to protect their ships, forcing 75% of them to take the longer route around Africa’s Cape of Good Hope. This detour adds more than ten days to shipping times and increases costs by an average of $1 million per voyage.

By launching fresh aggression against Yemen, the U.S. is not only jeopardizing international trade but is also recklessly prioritizing the protection of the Zionist entity over global stability. This should compel the international community to take a stand against Washington’s irresponsible actions, which have done nothing to stop Yemen from supporting Gaza.

Biden and Trump: A Cycle of American Foolishness

It is now evident to the entire world that every American military move in the region is driven by the singular goal of safeguarding the Zionist entity’s ability to continue its genocide against the Palestinian people. This exposes the U.S. as a rogue entity willing to jeopardize global security to serve its immoral agenda.

Trump, who previously led the coalition of aggression against Yemen—providing weapons, intelligence, and unwavering support—failed to subdue Yemen. He found a nation unbreakable in its resolve and unwavering in its principles. During Yemen’s military operations in support of Gaza, Trump witnessed firsthand America’s attempts to rally its allies against Yemen, carrying out extensive airstrikes alongside the Zionist enemy. Yet, despite all this, the Yemeni people remained steadfast, refusing to back down.

Even the Zionist enemy’s “Institute for National Security Studies” has admitted the failure of Washington’s so-called “Operation Prosperity Guardian” in securing Red Sea shipping lanes for the Israeli entity. The institute acknowledged that over the past year, neither Israeli nor American measures have succeeded in deterring Yemen’s continued operations in Bab al-Mandeb and against Zionist-supporting targets. Yemen’s deep commitment to Gaza and it’s people remains unshaken.

Under Trump, America Loses Trillions

Trump’s reckless policies suggest that he lacks the ability to restrain his erratic behavior. His promises of a “golden era” for America are proving to be empty rhetoric. His economic missteps—whether in dealing with China, antagonizing neighboring countries, or his failed attempts at territorial expansion—have only worsened America’s financial outlook.

Under Trump’s leadership, the U.S. lost $1 trillion within his first days in office. Now, his military misadventures are set to cost America even more. Instead of focusing on economic recovery from its previous setbacks, Trump is steering the country into further losses. His reckless escalation in Yemen will not only drain U.S. resources but will also cement his legacy as one of America’s most disastrous presidents—one who increased economic hardships and made his country more despised across the world.
