Government Media in Gaza: 420 Martyrs, Most of Them Women and Children

The Government Media Office in Gaza confirmed on Tuesday that approximately 420 martyrs have arrived at hospitals, most of them women and children.

The office said in a statement: “The occupation bombed approximately 50 sites in its recent raids on the Gaza Strip.”

It explained that the enemy continues its war of extermination and collective punishment against our people in the Gaza Strip, indicating that it aims to destroy structures that were partially restored during the truce period.

The enemy army resumed its aggression on the Gaza Strip at dawn on Tuesday, targeting various areas with a series of airstrikes.

The Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that 412 martyrs were killed and more than 500 injured as a result of the ongoing raids across the Gaza Strip.

In the early hours of Monday night, Tuesday, the enemy army launched an attack. The airstrikes were widespread across the Gaza Strip, targeting civilian and residential areas, displaced persons’ tents, and hospital areas.

Hebrew media reported that the IDF spokesperson, in a joint statement with Shin Bet spokesperson, announced the launch of a “large-scale attack on targets in the Gaza Strip.”

Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz also stated, “Tonight we returned to fighting in Gaza, and we will not stop fighting until the prisoners are returned and the war’s objectives are achieved.”
