Yemen’s FM Condemns Agreement Signed between Qassad Militias and US Oil Company on Looting Syrian Oil

Foreign Affairs Minister, Hisham Sharaf, on Monday condemned the continued US hostile approach against Syria through supporting the illegal groups and the Collaboration in looting the Syrian oil.

In a statement to SABA News Agency, Sharaf stressed that the agreement signed between Qassad (SDF) groups and a US oil company under sponsoring the US administration on stealing the Syrian oil is null and can be carried out only by thieves and enemies of people’s resources, affirming that this agreement is illegal.

The Minister said that looting the Syrian People’s resources is the same as stealing the Yemeni oil and gas that has been happening since years in the Republic of Yemen by the Saudi aggression and its agents, stressing that the protection provided by the US administration will not benefit them and will not continue.

On Sunday, Syria condemned with the strongest terms an agreement signed by Qassad militia and a US oil company, and stressed that it is null and void and has no legal effect.
