(Amman) agreement on prisoners still suspended due to the “Islah Party” disavowal in Marib: al-Mortada
The implementation of Amman agreement on war prisoners has been impeded by Islah Party, the head of the National Committee for Prisoners’ Affairs, Abdul Qadir al-Mortada,confirmed.
“The agreement signed in Amman regarding prisoners is still pending due to the Saudi-backed Islah Party’s rejection in Marib to implement what it has to do in the agreement.”, Al-Mortada on his Twitter account, said.
He expressed his hope that the efforts exerted in pushing the Party to commit to implementation would be fruitful to be the humanitarian file, stressing that the prisoners and their families from both sides affected by this delay.
