Lebanese army issued statement about recent Israeli attack
The Lebanese army issued a statement on the Israeli enemy attacks that took place on Tuesday night, noting the places that were targeted inside Lebanese territory.
The army’s statement said, “Helicopters belonging to the Israeli enemy targeted, after midnight on Tuesday, centers of the Green Without Borders environmental association inside the Lebanese territories, by firing three missiles in the outlying areas of Ramia, and eight missiles in the outside of Aita al-Shaab, in addition to Two rockets were fired from inside Tal Raheb site, on the outskirts of the town itself.
In addition, enemy helicopters targeted a center for the aforementioned association in Aitaroun reserve, which led to the outbreak of a fire inside it.
This was preceded by attacks by the Israeli enemy on the same night by firing 117 flare shells, and about 100 shells, some of them explosive and the other phosphorous, in the outlying areas of the towns: Mays al-Jabal, Hula, Maroun al-Ras, and Aitaroun inside Lebanese territory, which caused fires in the bush, and material damage to a house. In a barn of goats belonging to a citizen, and a number of goat heads died. Dozens of explosions were also heard inside the occupied Shebaa Farms.
