Kuwait bans Yemenis from entering its territory
Kuwait’s cabinet on Monday issued a decision banning Yemenis from entering its territory because of the corona virus (COVID-19) pandemic.
According to Kuwaiti Al-Qabas newspaper, it was decided to add three new countries to the list of countries banned from kuwait.
France, Argentina and Yemen were added to the list, while Singapore was removed from the list to make 34 countries banned from entering the country, up from 32 countries.
The paper added that the move comes in view of indications of a high incidence of Corona infections in those countries added to the list, and the list will be studied and reviewed continuously in the coming days.
Although the Corona epidemic has receded in the world and the Arab region, its limitations and effects remain a concern for many countries around the world, especially in the absence of an effective cure for the virus, which has opened hundreds of thousands of people since the beginning of 2020.
