President Al-Mashat: Yemen’s seat in the United Nations is still vacant
President Mahdi Al-Mashat said, in a speech on the occasion of the 58th anniversary of the 26th of September revolution, that the seat of the Republic of Yemen in the United Nations is still vacant, and whoever sits on it represents only himself, expelled by the Yemeni People.
He called on the United Nations to stop underestimating the dignity of the Yemeni people through those who do not represent their interests, reminding the international community and the United Nations that history will not forgive them their sin of continuing to recognize the false legitimacy, lack of reality, law, morality, and logic.
“The international community knows that that the international community knows that “Al-Qaeda and ISIS” are an integral part of the Saudi-promoted government, calling on the United Nations to rationally pick its position, guaranteeing respect, dignity, sovereignty, and interests of the Yemeni People.
The President also urged Al-Mashat to continue restoring respect for the struggles of fathers and grandfathers by continuing to reject all forms of dependency and external guardianship.
In a speech on the anniversary of the September 26 revolution in Yemen, Al-Mashat stressed the importance of the role of the army and the popular committees, the people, and the security services in continuing to work, build, modernize, and confront anyone who tries to undermine the security of citizens.
