A press conference in Sana’a about the continued piracy of oil derivatives
The Yemeni Petroleum Company, with some Ministries and sectors affected by the lack of oil derivatives, held a joint press conference, today Sunday, on the continued piracy of the aggression of fuel ships as well as the lack of oil derivatives.
The Company confirmed that the aggression countries hijacked and prevented ships of oil for more than ten months and subjected them to arbitrary measures, while the United Nations issues transit permits without effect.
They explained that the intensification of the siege on Yemen leaves a tragedy and a disaster and threatens the lives of patients in hospitals and citizens after power cuts, water, hygiene, transportation, agriculture, and all sectors.
The company also renewed the call to all free people and organizations around the world to put pressure on the international community and the forces of the aggression coalition to allow the entry of oil derivative ships to the port of Hodeidah because of the need for an urgent response and the release of oil derivatives.
