Parliament revokes membership of 44 MPs for standing by aggression against Yemen
The Yemeni Parliament voted in its session, on Saturday, by a majority, to request the removal of membership from a number of parliament members who had gone along with the aggression against their country.
According to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), this decision was issued in accordance with Article 194 of the Council’s internal regulations, based on its constitutional and legal duties entrusted with its national duties as representatives of the Yemeni people.
The Parliament also reviewed the letters and correspondences of the council’s president to the judiciary and the president of the Supreme Political Council, which included the council’s opinion on that.
