Distributing 200 food baskets in Ma’in District, in Amanat Al-Asimah

On Saturday, the supervisory office in the Southern al-Sunina district in in Ma’in of the Capital Secretariat distributed food baskets for the poor and needy families.

The deputy head of the supervisory office in the directorate, Sami Humaid, and the head of the office in al-Sunina, Bassam Al-Qudaimi, explained that the distribution of food baskets targets 200 families in cooperation with al-Helal al-Abyad (the White Crescent) Foundation.

They indicated that the aid comes within the framework of the social solidarity project to help poor and needy families and alleviate their living conditions, especially during the holy month.

Humaid and Al-Qudaimi called on the affluent and philanthropists to provide support to the poor and the needy to embody the principle of compassion and community solidarity, especially in light of the continuing aggression and siege.
