The Ministry of Foreign Affairs organizes a special course on protocol rules
Ministry of Foreign Affairs began a special session on protocol rules, with the participation of more than 45 cadres came from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Presidency of the Republic, Prime Ministry and Sana’a University.
At the opening , Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf indicated that the course comes within the framework of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ keenness to build capacities and qualifies its cadre of diplomats and administrators.
Minister Sharaf called on the participants to keep following with developments in all fields and to apply what they learn to practical reality, specially in regard to dealing with international delegations or during their work in diplomatic missions at home and abroad.
He reviewed the international political movement on Yemen, which aims in one aspect to show Saudi Arabia as a mediator and to leave the Saudi regime of responsibility for the aggression against Yemen and its consequences for seven years
Foreign Minister of noted that Yemen’s steadfastness and political, military and social stability have failed all those international goals and endeavors aligned with the coalition of aggression, its crimes and siege.
Minister Sharaf stressed the need to separate the humanitarian file from the political and security file, as the airport, port, food, medicine and oil derivatives are all fixed rights for Yemeni people.
Also, speeches and lectures were said by Head of the Department of the Minister’s Office, Ambassador Dr. Tariq Mutahar, the Dean of the Diplomatic Institute, Ambassador Dr. Ahmed Al-Emad, the Head of the Protocol Department, Ambassador Abdul Ghani Al-Saidi, and the Deputy Dean of the Diplomatic Institute, Ambassador Dr. Naguib Al-Zaimi, focusing on the importance of the protocol and reviewing some examples of the problems resulting from poor Use the protocol.
