Judicial Council discusses a project to establish community reconciliation centers to settle disputes
The Supreme Judicial Council discussed, in its meeting, on Monday, headed by the Council’s President Judge Ahmed Yahya Al-Mutawakil, several issues related to the work of judges and prosecutors in courts and prosecutions in some governorates.
The Council reviewed the study presented on the project of establishing community reconciliation centers to settle disputes and resolve them amicably between citizens before entering into litigation procedures, as this is one of the means in maintaining social peace in society.
The council discussed many grievances submitted by some members of the judiciary and took appropriate legal measures in their regard.
He reviewed some grievances referred by the Office of the Presidency of the Republic, regarding some judicial rulings, and took appropriate decisions under the law.
