A mass wedding holds for 50 grooms of border guards in Sa’ada
On Tuesday, the Yemen Thabat Development Foundation inaugurated the first collective wedding project for the year 2021, with the mass wedding of 50 grooms from the border guards, funded by the Border Guards Care Association.
During the wedding ceremony, the governor of Saada, Mohammed Awad, in the presence of the deputy commander of the border guards, Brigadier General Aref Al-Dhafiri, and the governorate’s representative, Saleh Oqab, blessed the grooms in their wedding, praising these humanitarian projects and initiatives.
In turn, the official of the Yemen Thabat Foundation branch in the border guards, Abdullah Al-Hashhoush calling on businessmen and philanthropists to support such projects that immunize the youth and contribute to confronting the soft war waged by the aggression.
While the grooms valued the efforts of everyone who contributed to the success of the collective wedding, stressing the continuation of steadfastness in the face of aggression and making more sacrifices in defense of the homeland until victory is achieved.
The mass wedding was attended by the Deputy Director of the General Secretariat of the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and International Cooperation, Hamid Mahmal, the governorate’s advisor, Saleh Salman, and a number of social, military and security figures.
