Tehran stresses need to continue negotiations until imposed embargo lifted
The head of the Iranian presidential office, Mahmoud Waedhai, stressed the need to continue negotiations until the lifting of the ban.
Regarding the expiry of the deadline for the agreement between Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency and the latest developments in the Vienna negotiations, Waedhi said in an exclusive statement to IRNA on Thursday: “The main discussions took place in Vienna and now the decision-making stage has come. This decision must be made in both Tehran and Washington.”
He continued, “When both Tehran and the other party decide, another round of negotiations must be conducted and resolved,” stressing the need to continue negotiations until the imposed embargo is lifted.
