Sessions Held to Try 34 Accused of Treason and Facilitating the Enemy’s Entry into Yemen
Today, Saturday, the Central Military District Court held its third public session in Sana’a to try thirty accused of treason, facilitating the enemy’s entry into the territory of the Republic of Yemen, impersonation, and other facts.
During the session, the Military Public Prosecution presented the archives of the documents with the evidence of the accusation, supporting the criminal case against the accused.
The court listened to some of the responses of the lawyers appointed for the traitors and decided to continue reviewing the accusation evidence, and to hear the responses of the lawyers appointed for the traitors during its next session.
