Yemeni Official: the Priority for Patients to Travel Abroad through Sana’a International Airport
The Minister of Transport Abdul Wahab Al-Durra confirmed that patients have priority to travel on commercial and civil flights through Sana’a International Airport to receive treatment abroad.
In the meeting, which included the Supreme Medical Committee, the Yemeni Airlines Company and the Civil Aviation Authority, Al-Durra explained that the humanitarian truce was established in order to alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people and facilitate the travel of citizens, including patients.
He pointed to the interest of the revolutionary leadership and the Supreme Political Council in patients, the need to facilitate all travel procedures for them,urging the relevant authorities to coordinate, arrange and supervise the travel of patients, especially those who suffer from chronic and serious diseases.
