President Al-Mashat Reviews with the Military Committee Headed by Major General Al-Razami the Results of the Negotiations in the Capital, Amman
His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Muhammad Al-Mashat, the Chairman of the Supreme Political Council – Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Security met today, the Chairman of the National Military Committee Major General Yahya Abdullah Al-Razami and members of the Committee.
In the meeting, the Chairman of the Military Committee, Major General Yahya Al-Razami, reviewed the results of the negotiations in the Jordanian capital, Amman, and the President briefed on the proposals that were discussed in the two rounds of negotiation that were held in the Jordanian capital, Amman.
Major General Al-Razami handed the President a detailed report on the proposals submitted by the United Nations to open roads in Taiz and the rest of the governorates, and the initiatives submitted by the committee to implement the proposals of the UN envoy leading to the opening of roads in Taiz governorate.
President Al-Mashat expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the Military Committee headed by Major General Yahya Al-Razami for its distinguished role and sincere keenness to alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people and for the efforts it made to open roads in Taiz and the rest of the provinces.
President Al-Mashat stressed the keenness to alleviate the suffering of citizens in Taiz and all governorates.
President Al-Mashat said: “We are keen to alleviate the suffering of citizens in Taiz and the rest of the provinces caused by the aggression and its mercenaries.”
He pointed to the looting, kidnapping and killing of travelers, the latest of which was the killing of one of the drivers’ sons in Tur Al Baha area in Lahj governorate.
