The Ministry of Foreign Affairs: The US President’s statement reveals the nature of Washington’s role obstructing peace in Yemen

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed, in a statement, a copy of which was received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), that the implicit condemnation of the US President’s statement issued yesterday of Sana’a’s right to defend its people and lands and to confront the foreign aggression that US is carrying out through its arms and tools in the region clearly reveals the nature of the role,the American Obstacle to Peace in Yemen.

The State Department stated that the US President’s statement also reveals Washington’s insistence on continuing its criminal aggression against Yemen, as if it had not yet satisfied itself with the war crimes  against humanity it stood behind against the Yemeni people, including its shameful role in killing tens of thousands of children, women and innocent civilians and in the unjust siege that created the worst humanitarian crisis in the world during the last 100 years.
