Celebration of Rajab Friday.. President Al-Mashat performs Friday prayers at the Grand Mosque in Sana’a

His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, Chairman of the Supreme Political Council, performed Friday prayers today at the Grand Mosque in Sana’a in celebration of the Friday of Rajab, the anniversary of the entry of the people of Yemen into Islam when Imam Ali bin Abi Talib came to them with the message of the Holy Prophet to Al-Halaqa area near the mosque.
President Al-Mashat listened with the congregations of worshipers to the Friday sermon, in which the Friday preacher, the Mufti of Yemen, the scholar Shams al-Din Sharaf al-Din, addressed the memory of the entry of the people of Yemen into Islam on the Friday of Rajab at the hands of Imam Ali, peace be upon him, when the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family, sent him to Yemen, so they responded and entered Islam with all desire and conviction.
On this occasion, President Al-Mashat congratulated the leader of the revolution, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and the Yemeni people on the Friday of Rajab, asking the Almighty God to return it to the Yemeni people with victory, glory and empowerment.
